What is Physics? -Armaan Kothari

The dictionary definition of physics is “the study of matter, energy, and the interaction between them”, but what that really means is that physics is about asking fundamental questions and trying to answer them by observing and experimenting.

What is physics ?

Physics to me simply means the knowledge of nature. Something that we come across in our everyday lives and chores. Physics shows us that what is true on the earth may not be true for the rest of the universe for example something as simple as the flame of a candle on earth to the different temperatures of the sun. The blue section of a flame on earth is the hottest  part but in the universe the blue section is the one with the lowest temperature physics never fails to build up inquisition and always amuses me.

What Is Physics ?

Physics to me is the study of everything. Ranging from electrons to Solar Systems you see physics everywhere. It is a subject that is infinite, we will never know all that is there to learn about it, most people would find that intimidating but that is what draws me to the subject the most. The relative nature and abundance of uncertainty makes physics one of the most interesting subjects to me.

What is Physics?

Physics is the general analysis of nature. Physics is the study off the entire universe.

What is Physics ? - Naman Saraf

What is Physics? The simple answer to this question is that it is the study of energy and matter that is scientific in nature. Included in such study is the observation and comprehension of the interaction of said energy and matter. The energy  involved here usually takes a lot of forms. Said forms include gravity, radiation, electricity, light, motion, etc. On the other hand, the matters that are dealt with by Physics are those ranging from particles to galaxies. Physics explains why and how things happen and provides a fundamental basis of all other sciences.

What is Physics?

Physics to me is the study of how every object in the world reacts with every other object .It explains how and why everything happens, such as why a rainbow is formed? or what causes an atomic bomb to explode? It provides the fundamental basis of all other sciences and is used by people in all fields ranging from aeronautics to oceanology to cookery. The various aspects and applications of physics in our daily life intrigue me and encourage me to study it.

What is Physics? - Parshav Kothary

Physics is the study of the motion of matter through space and time. It is the branch of science that explains the behaviour of the universe.
“There is no science in this world like physics. Nothing comes close to the precision with which physics enables you to understand the world around you. It's the laws of physics that allow us to say exactly what time the sun is going to rise. What time the eclipse is going to begin. What time the eclipse is going to end” - Neil deGrasse Tyson

What is Physics?

Physics is a key part of science and technology; it deals with how and why things behave as they do. Physics is used to solve problems, whether it's environmental, social, health, technological or much more. Physics is the study of energy and matter, all around the universe. It’s about practical things but also involves ideas such as the origin of the universe. Finally, Physics is the base and most interesting science of them all, and because of Physics we have answers to many questions.

What is Physics?

Human beings have an innate curiosity in them which results in them possessing a hunger for knowledge. They always want to know how different things work and why they work in a certain way. Physics is a medium through which we can obtain answers to many important questions such as, "how big is our universe?" and "what is the size of the sun?", among others. Through Physics, we slowly discover more about the unique world we live in by analyzing the particles of matter around us. The study of physics requires imagination, analysis and is both theoretical and practical. However, Physics can never be fully conquered due to the fact that the more answers we find leads to more questions arising in our minds.

What is Physics?

Physics to me is a science about the interrelationships between matter and energy around us in our everyday lives. It is a magnanimous subject and gives one's mind an opportunity to reason and evaluate matter, ranging from things as minute as subatomic particles to things as titanic as the universe. This science helps understand the logic behind everything making it the most interesting science to learn about. It is also a topic that enables a person to think rationally and make them inquire about the fundamentals of day to day mechanisms which in return makes it applicable in a numerous amounts of fields. It is this science that has helped mankind grow leaps and bounds in the past and I believe it will also do so in the future as well.

What is Physics?

Physics is the branch of science that explains how everything in the universe behaves and the interaction between its constituents. It is basically the study of all matter, energy and motion. It deals with the study of all physical things from the smallest of particles to entire galaxies.

What is Physics?

Physics to me Is the study of the world and its phenomena.  Physics makes a person a more practical thinker.  Physics concepts cover a wide horizon of areas, and by mastering these concepts we as humans have been able to excel in making the world an easier place to be in. Physics may come across as a very complex subject but ive learned that with focus and understanding it makes it easy to learn and excel.

What is Physics?

What is Physics?

Physics is a very broad topic and is very difficult to define. It deals with how everything around us works. Physics is the study of all matter and energy around us. It ranges from the smallest of particles to the largest and the interaction between them.. It has been present, to our knowledge since the big bang and perhaps even before. It is important in other subjects as well such as chemistry etc. Physics has many branches like mechanics, magnetism etc.

WHAT IS PHYSICS?

Physics is a science. It is the study of energy and motion of objects. The objects range from sub-atomic particles all the way to the big wide universe. Physics ranges from the start of time (the big bang) all the up to making machines to bring the future into the present.
Physics means the knowledge of nature. Physics is the basic of all sciences. From simple things to opening a door, to more complicated things like the universe. It includes the study of matter and its interaction with energy. The science of physics is the base for almost all professions to do with science. Physics helps us solve our most basic problems. It gives us an insight into the details of every working mechanism around us. It is the most interesting science of them all.

What is Physics?

Physics is the study of energy and matter and how they interact with/ react to one another. Physics ranges from studying about sub-atomic particles to learning about something as big as the universe. It is responsible for a better understanding of our surroundings, which in turn allows us to create technologies to overcome problems we face. Physics also plays an integral role in bettering other professions such as medicine (technologies being used in surgery), geology (helping predict earthquakes) and even in the production of electricity by research and development of sustainable energy.

What is Physics?

Physics is a science that deals with all the things that surround us everyday. It includes the study of matter, different energies, waves and electricity- among other things- and answers many of the questions that one may ask, like “How does this work?” or “why does this happen?” and so is an interesting subject. It is a subject that allows someone to better understand the physical world around him or her and therefore is fundamental to an engineer or any industry that manufactures. Heat, light, sound, and magnetism are other topics under the broad realm of physics.

What is Physics?

Physics explains the practical reasoning behind the functioning of almost every thing that we come across in our day-to-day lives. Right from the spring back of the safety pin to the complex start-up mechanism of the automobile engine.Physics as a subject is often percieved by students to be abstruse and only understood by the so called "smart ones".However, that belief is completely false. In order to enjoy and understand Physics, one must cultivate a keen intrest in the subject and should not just commit it rote memory. What intrigues me most about this subject is that we are constantly exposed to the practical demonstrations of all its theorotical principals, this is what sparks my curiosity and makes me want to learn and discover more.

What is Physics?

Physics is the study of the universe and the dynamics of every single, simple move made by any organism. It is the study of matter, the Earth and everything around it. Physics encompasses every law of nature and is the study of the formation and destruction of every natural aspect.
