What is Physics?

Physics is a science that deals with all the things that surround us everyday. It includes the study of matter, different energies, waves and electricity- among other things- and answers many of the questions that one may ask, like “How does this work?” or “why does this happen?” and so is an interesting subject. It is a subject that allows someone to better understand the physical world around him or her and therefore is fundamental to an engineer or any industry that manufactures. Heat, light, sound, and magnetism are other topics under the broad realm of physics.
