What is Physics ? - Naman Saraf

What is Physics? The simple answer to this question is that it is the study of energy and matter that is scientific in nature. Included in such study is the observation and comprehension of the interaction of said energy and matter. The energy  involved here usually takes a lot of forms. Said forms include gravity, radiation, electricity, light, motion, etc. On the other hand, the matters that are dealt with by Physics are those ranging from particles to galaxies. Physics explains why and how things happen and provides a fundamental basis of all other sciences.

What is Physics?

Physics to me is the study of how every object in the world reacts with every other object .It explains how and why everything happens, such as why a rainbow is formed? or what causes an atomic bomb to explode? It provides the fundamental basis of all other sciences and is used by people in all fields ranging from aeronautics to oceanology to cookery. The various aspects and applications of physics in our daily life intrigue me and encourage me to study it.

What is Physics? - Parshav Kothary

Physics is the study of the motion of matter through space and time. It is the branch of science that explains the behaviour of the universe.
“There is no science in this world like physics. Nothing comes close to the precision with which physics enables you to understand the world around you. It's the laws of physics that allow us to say exactly what time the sun is going to rise. What time the eclipse is going to begin. What time the eclipse is going to end” - Neil deGrasse Tyson

What is Physics?

Physics is a key part of science and technology; it deals with how and why things behave as they do. Physics is used to solve problems, whether it's environmental, social, health, technological or much more. Physics is the study of energy and matter, all around the universe. It’s about practical things but also involves ideas such as the origin of the universe. Finally, Physics is the base and most interesting science of them all, and because of Physics we have answers to many questions.

What is Physics?

Human beings have an innate curiosity in them which results in them possessing a hunger for knowledge. They always want to know how different things work and why they work in a certain way. Physics is a medium through which we can obtain answers to many important questions such as, "how big is our universe?" and "what is the size of the sun?", among others. Through Physics, we slowly discover more about the unique world we live in by analyzing the particles of matter around us. The study of physics requires imagination, analysis and is both theoretical and practical. However, Physics can never be fully conquered due to the fact that the more answers we find leads to more questions arising in our minds.

What is Physics?

Physics to me is a science about the interrelationships between matter and energy around us in our everyday lives. It is a magnanimous subject and gives one's mind an opportunity to reason and evaluate matter, ranging from things as minute as subatomic particles to things as titanic as the universe. This science helps understand the logic behind everything making it the most interesting science to learn about. It is also a topic that enables a person to think rationally and make them inquire about the fundamentals of day to day mechanisms which in return makes it applicable in a numerous amounts of fields. It is this science that has helped mankind grow leaps and bounds in the past and I believe it will also do so in the future as well.

What is Physics?

Physics is the branch of science that explains how everything in the universe behaves and the interaction between its constituents. It is basically the study of all matter, energy and motion. It deals with the study of all physical things from the smallest of particles to entire galaxies.
